• Reporting to the CEO, heading the Marketing and BD portfolio for the group with special focus towards Redha Al Ansari Exchange.
•Initiate new product development in conjunction with the market demands.
•Conduct periodical market research and implement proper strategy for the organization.
•Adopting and implementing team approach; with cross functional team in pursuing common goals.
•Develop and maintain strategies to exploit opportunities delivering income through new client acquisition, alliance development etc.
•Initiate marketing campaign across the country keeping a tab on the external and internal environments.
•Setting business strategy for the organization as a whole.
•Develop correspondent banking networks and budding innovative payment solutions understanding the customer demands.
•Develop ATL/BTL communications for the organization and ensuring ROI from the same.
•Business network expansion and thereby reaching closer to the customer.
Heading the Marketing & Business development(Department)for the company
Conceptualizing business strategies for entire UAE marketing.
Responsible for the developing business and team as well.
Instrumental in planning area/emirates based campaigns across the country understanding the targeted customers.
Responsible for retail outlet expansion after doing SWOT analysis of the surrounding market.
Analyzing the reports from MIS and suggesting business development plans and setting strategies to improve Branch/ Area/ Region wise business liaising with operations team.
Managing and deciding the marketing promotional activities for UAE.
Handling the task of process designing for new products and initiatives.
