Project Engineer

1. Reporting to the Operations Manager while leading projects across Middle East region and in supporting General Manager in securing new projects.
2. Preparations, designing, planning & execution of projects - Assisting in the preparation of project budget and possible cost saving measures and any potential construction problems/risks in review of job-site and equipment requirements.
3. Designing & Expediting all shop drawings using AutoCAD & SolidWorks and approvals with the design / engineering team. Preparation of FEED after conceptual design acceptance. Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis. Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the relevant OSHAS 18001 are enforced. Ensure that Site Audits of safety & equipment, HS&E are completed & issued.
4. Planning, coordinating and communicating installations with clients; providing verbal and written information and confirmation. Preparing installations by surveying job sites; identifying special requirements; developing project plans; verifying quantities, project drawings.
5. Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed.
Ensure all Conditions of Contract are completed in a timely manner to close out projects.. Manage internally & with Supply Center any non conformance & manage rectification plans.
6. Oversee inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation and warehouse activities. Ensuring proper follow-ups on inventory and stock by using warehouse management system.
