1. Reporting to the Operations Manager while leading projects across Middle East region and in supporting General Manager in securing new projects.
2. Preparations, designing, planning & execution of projects - Assisting in the preparation of project budget and possible cost saving measures and any potential construction problems/risks in review of job-site and equipment requirements.
3. Designing & Expediting all shop drawings using AutoCAD & SolidWorks and approvals with the design / engineering team. Preparation of FEED after conceptual design acceptance. Monitor and maintain the project construction schedule on a weekly basis. Monitor site safety and ensure that the requirements of the relevant OSHAS 18001 are enforced. Ensure that Site Audits of safety & equipment, HS&E are completed & issued.
4. Planning, coordinating and communicating installations with clients; providing verbal and written information and confirmation. Preparing installations by surveying job sites; identifying special requirements; developing project plans; verifying quantities, project drawings.
5. Ensure all required municipal inspections are performed.
Ensure all Conditions of Contract are completed in a timely manner to close out projects.. Manage internally & with Supply Center any non conformance & manage rectification plans.
6. Oversee inbound or outbound logistics operations, such as transportation and warehouse activities. Ensuring proper follow-ups on inventory and stock by using warehouse management system.

1. Use of SAP software for repair of mechanical breakdowns, as well as preventive maintenance for all machinery in the plant.
2. 2D Drafting & Preparation of general layouts of Pipelines, Glaze lines, mechanical components and Plant Machineries using AutoCAD.
3. Creation of Purchase Requisitions, Material Issue & Breakdown orders for all materials in the plant using SAP software.
4. Maintenance of mechanical machinery that includes refurbishment of gear boxes, pumps, valves, grinding machinery, glaze mixing tanks & pumps, Tile loading & Unloading B/T machines, Air blowers, Lubrication of Variation motors, Kiln maintenance. Conversant in the usage of mechanical tools & equipment.
5. Preventive Maintenance of Plant, including Lubrication of variation motors, bearings for rollers on kilns, Timing & sectional belt changes on Glaze lines & Kilns.
6. Ensuring safe working practices for all machinery and equipment by all personnel.

1. Working and Documentation of processes and parameter readings of all marine machineries and reporting the same to Chief Engineer and keeping watch of engine room with 2nd Engineer on a daily basis.
2. Machineries includes main engine MAN B&W of 9480kW at 127rpm, 2-stroke-6 cylinder with cylinder bore of 500mm and stroke of 2000mm. YANMAR 6 cylinder Diesel Engine, AALBORG water tube Boiler with max pressure of 9kg/cm2, Fresh water Generator of 20T/day capacity, Waste Water Treatment plants, Incinerator, Air compressor, Air conditioning & Refrigeration system, Shell & tube type heat exchangers, Seperators, Plate type heat exchangers, all kinds of pumps & valves, Incinerator, Oil & Pipelines.
3. Preparation of general layouts of pipelines, mechanical components & machineries in Vessel’s engine room using AutoCAD software
4. Conversant in the usage of mechanical tools & equipments for all kinds of operations and maintenances
