• Develop and execute a strategic vision for MEP systems, corrective and preventive maintenance, facility, and housekeeping management within defense airport facilities comprising 103 client buildings including retail outlets, Canteens, Retail shops, Hospital and 2100 MEP assets.

• Regularly inspect MEP systems, civil works, facilities, and housekeeping standards.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and implement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency.
• Maintain meticulous records of corrective and maintenance, inspections, and improvement initiatives.
• Generate comprehensive reports for senior management, providing insights, trends, and actionable recommendations.
• Planned & supervised the implementation of yearly planned preventive maintenance (PPM) activities for MEP systems.
• Guarantee seamless execution, focusing on minimizing disruptions to airport operations and civil works.
• Accountable for BOQ preparation, RFI, RFP, technical review of project documents, coordination with external contractors/suppliers during commencement, and handing over proper documentation.
• Excel in utilizing CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Consistently maintain 100% KPI monthly and submit the KPI report to clients for review and approval.
• Organize and attend daily meetings with clients pertaining to reactive, scheduled maintenance, and MEP projects.
• Develop and enforce stringent EHS protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for all staff.
• Conduct regular safety audits and drive a proactive safety culture.
• Certify all MEP and facility activities conform to approved plans, specifications, and relevant codes.
• Apply corrective measures for any deviations, maintaining regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate and manage external audits related to MEP, facility management, and housekeeping.
• Address audit findings promptly, take corrective actions, and assure ongoing compliance.
• Proactively manage Pest Control/Housekeeping teams and Hazmat contractors for the completion of tasks, preparation of KPIs in alignment with respective contracts, and monthly invoicing.
• Create and execute effective pest control measures, partnering with specialized vendors.
• Ensure a pest-free environment through proactive measures and timely interventions.
• Prepare and submit routine and special reports, including maintenance schedules, operational and incident reports, accident reports, and technical reports.
• Independently spearhead the coordination of MEP activities, specializing in electrical systems, ensuring a synchronized and efficient window.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, and subcontractors to integrate electrical plans seamlessly into overall project strategies.
• Provide visionary technical leadership to the team, fostering innovation and excellence.

• Independently manage subcontractors of specialized fields, including Electrical, Fire Fighting Systems, Fire Suppression Systems, Building Management Systems, FM 200 Systems, Fire Alarm System, Gas Alarm System, Central Battery, Public Announcement and Voice Evacuation System, Structured Cabling, Card Access System, Clock and Bell System, CCTV, Gray Water Treatment Plant, Lifting Station, Irrigation System, Fuel Piping Work, Automatic Smoke Vent Windows, HVAC, Plumbing, Generators and Air Compressors/Suppliers.
• Actively liaise with Civil Defense, Electrical, Gas, Water, Drainage, and Road Transport Authorities, handle Etisalat inspections on site, and obtain NOCs during the handing-over and pre-construction stages.
• Direct maintenance of MEP services during the Defect Liability period.
• Champion effective communication and cooperation across various disciplines.
• Implement and rigorously enforce safety protocols for all installations.
• Conduct periodic quality assurance inspections, upholding and surpassing industry standards.
