Provide high level support and assistance to our Executive Director and other leadership staff.
▪ Performs administrative and clerical tasks including drafting letters, memos, and other documents for senior staff.
▪ Schedules, and attending meetings on behalf of executive, taking note and recording minutes.

▪ Arranges travel and accommodations for executives
Control invoicing and post it under accounts receivable on the ERP system.
Make bank transfers, cheques payments for employees, local and foreign suppliers, and settlements.

Coordinate with a payable section for on-time payment.
Responsible for online transactions with banks and Letter
of Credit.
Prepare Value Added Tax report as monthly biases in excel
and submitted to STC with all required files.
Dealing with government departments and the Riyadh
Development Authority in solving problems to complete
projects.
Improvement in the services provided to employees within the
facility.
Follow up on building maintenance and available services.
