Managing the entire hiring process for senior positions. Conducting weekly meetings with the Managing Director, owner of alfanar Group + the Group VP for updates and feedback. Reporting directly to Recruitment Executive Manager and dotted line to the Managing Director, owner of alfanar Group + the Group VP.
1.Responsible for the full recruitment life cycle include, but not limited to, sourcing, screening, interviewing, checking references and on boarding qualified candidates based on departmental business needs and requests.
2.Regularly provide guidance and assistance to job applicants.
3. Planning and executing new channel in Social Media for increasing awareness about alfanar company among different backgrounds of people which eventually is in favour of increasing number of applicants and attracting them from everywhere.
4.Identifies passive and active candidates by leveraging a variety of recruitment resources such as job boards, social media, resume databases, job fairs and referrals; communicates and coordinates recruitment advertising.
5.Regularly interfaces with external community groups and organisations to promote and support the company's overall recruitment efforts.
6.Strategic planning in the field of recruiting.
7.Provides expertise and guidance to address complex staffing needs, including hard-to-fill and executive level recruitment.
8.Local and overseas candidates.
9.Maintains recruitment collateral inventory and facilitates the distribution of promotional materials, including flyers, brochures, trinkets and other recruitment materials.
10.Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned.

BA in English into Arabic- Arabic into English translation and interpretation+ Diploma in Global trade and Marketing from the university of Washington
