oined ADCB in May, 2014 where I used to manage a professional team of Senior Relationship Managers, Relationship Managers as well as Assistant Relationship Managers. Our core target is to grow profitable funded assets of a real-estate portfolio; ranging from Residential, Commercial, Hotels, and industrial. This target includes financing acquisition of ready properties, construction and providing equity release against income generating properties where the income is assigned to the bank on ring fenced basis.
The above is achievable by
- Performing research and create multiple financial models to evaluate market trends and competition in real-estate sector. Recommendations were presented to senior management, which resulted in aggressive penetration of new big ticket clients.
- Liaise with legal department, risk management, investment banks, and external consultants to review documentation and ensure open communication throughout all stages of the deal.
- Work directly with senior management and marketing department to package and sell complex financial products to clientele, including interest rate hedging (IRS).
