Responsibilities:
❖ Project Management
- Responsible for the entire CLEANCO/ADAC contract operations, in Abu Dhabi Airport, Al Ain Airport, Al Bateen Airport and City Terminal comprising of all soft services, Cleaning Waste Management, indoor plantation maintenance and pest control service.
- Key management representative for CLEANCO in the project, including liaison with all relevant authorities (ADAC departments and other stake holders) on behalf of CLEANCO

- Responsible for development and implementation of contracts strategy including QHS&E strategy, Operations Strategy, legal strategy, and financial strategy.

❖ Managed a flawless transition from outgoing service provider, to ensure an incident free transition while managing to retain the Abu Dhabi Airports ASQ ratings from the first month.
❖ Have managed to continually develop the services across the 3 assigned Airports from an average of below 50% KPI achievement at the first month of contract commencement to 100% by the fifth month and retained this rating for consecutive months to-date.

Responsibilities:
Contracts Management
•Developing & administering Service Level agreements, contract terms and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), & ensuring contracts have adequate built-in flexibility to allow future adaptability and alignment with organization objectives as may vary from time to time.
•Conducting compliance audits for service provider operations and internal compliance standards to ensure compliance with set deliverables, objective measures, and response times and service availability, and ensuring contract payables are in line with set deliverables and within approved the budgets.
•Developing policies and procedures necessary for adequate enforcement of contract terms and conditions, and ensuring compliance by all related parties.
FM Operation Planning & Strategy
