As the reliable Senior Digital Marketing Officer of Arabian Centres, my roles encompass the strategic oversight and direction of digital marketing projects, programs, and operations for over 21 malls across the Kingdom. I administer business development activities, brand awareness and positioning, and online visibility for various social media channels, applications, and websites.
Key Accomplishments:
- Served as the company’s primary conduit and source of information to initiate digital campaigns to increase footfalls to the malls, launch SEM campaigns, and curate engaging company content on Twitter, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
- Amplified SEO strategies and online brand presence for all 20 Arabian Centres websites by restructuring the landing page for multiple marketing campaigns, developing scheduled targeted email marketing programs, and orchestrating social media tactics.
- Prudently managed the teams of marketing professionals accountable for monitoring the success of various campaigns, evaluating marketing data results, facilitating keyword research for marketing efforts, and producing monthly social media content to increase organic followers, engagement, and footfall.
- Transformed and automated 30% of the daily social media posting without sacrificing quality and tone of language by using Buffer and Trello.
During my time as the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist at Hamat Property, I played a critical role in revamping accounts’ visual appeals and formulating profit-driven digital campaigns for events held at Riyadh Park, Panorama Mall, and Hayat Mall. I served as the subject matter expert in increasing the company performance, generating sustainable revenue, and presenting a positive image and brand to existing and potential clients.
