• Set the monthly and quarterly manufacturing plan and prepare the production schedule.
• Schedule labor shifts and organize the working team in the way that consume less energy and increase the production capacity.
• Connect with other departments within the factory to ensure the delivery of the material on time and within the required specifications.
• Prepare the production reports and analysis the failure data.
• Prepare the maintenance schedule for all machines and make sure that all spare parts and necessary equipment are available.
• Reduce the production cost by applying the lean techniques that eliminate waste on time, material and money.
• Manage operators and supervisors and arrange the production plan with them.
• Check machines status and make sure that no failure can cause any pause in production.
• Ensure the quality of the product during all manufacturing processes and try to eliminate any non-qualified products.
• Attend production meetings with other departments within the company.
• Ensure labors safety and comfort so that no obstacles can impede the work flow.
• Invent new methods in which can help facilitate the work and minimize the effort so labors can work comfortably.
- Help in preparing the strategy plans for the company departments including manufacturing, sales and general management.
- Give training to employees for new technologies, strategies and methods to improve their capabilities.
- Coordinate and supervise over the ISO processes at the company and check the efficiency of applying the ISO program.

- Invent new techniques mainly for manufacturing departments and try to automate the processes and lower the manpower and facilitate the workflow over the company.
- Develop the company website, social networks and all designs that interface with customers by creating a unique theme.
- Full responsibility of small supporting department (fiberglass molding department).
- Arrange meeting agendas and schedule visitors meetings for any concern regarding our work.
- Attending company exhibitions around the world and give the feedback to management.
- Day to day work with the sales personnel.
- Calling cards distribution and delivery.
- Accounting management for certain customers.
- Making invoices and enter data for accounting software.
