o Market Analysis / Competitor Analysis
o Building strong customer relationships by providing them the best of solutions
o Prepare and deliver technical presentation and Demonstration explaining products to customers.
o Plan and Modify products to meet customer needs
o Installation of equipment and help clients solve problems with installed equipment.
o Manage customer relations by soliciting and logging client feedback and evaluating.
o Help in research and development of new product as per market need.

Worked as “PROCESS ENGINEER” with the following job responsibilities
o Production Line Balancing to increase Efficiency and Productivity
o To perform and document the method and time studies for each product in order to determine individual process cycle times and optimum manufacturing resources required.
o Development and implementation of Quality Standards for all Manufacturing Processes to ensure high quality products.
o To act as Internal Quality Auditor, Workplace Management (6S) Auditor and Auditee in the audits conducted by Honda and Suzuki.
o Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) to identify most critical processes and to develop Prevention and Detection controls for them (POKA-YOKE Degree Assurance)
o Root cause analysis of all production issues using Industrial Engineering Tools.
o Designing and Manufacturing of Flexible Workstations for Pipe Assembly.
o Worst Sampling of Brazed Joints to check Process Capability and to set Standards of filler metal rod consumption, Flux and Brazing time.
o Documentation of Process Quality Control Tables(PQCTs)
o Documentation of Manufacturing Operation Standards(MOS) and Work Instructions
o Designing and Manufacturing of Jigs and Fixtures for In-process and Final inspection and to perform periodic Calibration as per procedure.
o To undertake any other Assignment given by the Management.
o Implementation of International Safety Standards (Safety Health and Environment)
