Develop the detailed work breakdown structure of complex activities and form them into an integrated plan.
Provide time based schedules and resource allocations for complex plans or implementations.
Perform risk analysis of various project options and outcomes.
Conduct facility planning and facility layout development of new and revised camp buildings and equipment.
Manage Supplier relationships, Managing and report on company Supplier Cost/ Performance Indices to
management.
Create documentation and work instructions and producers.
Developing completion engineering plans for Jordan in accordance with the overall project plans.
Populating, maintaining and cross-referencing to planning software, running optimization on a regular basis to
reduce cost.
Monitor, Supervise and Support Well Intervention Activities on daily basis.
Support the management by being the focal point of communication for well evaluation team.
Management of contracts and contractors.
Form and direct both small and large teams that work towards a defined objective, scope & deliverables.
1. Strong interface with G&G department (in terms of delivering the data that they require, on time, and to
desired specifications in terms of quality.
2. Strong interface with Logistics department (in terms of optimisation planning and efficiency as well as in
terms of HSE).
3. Strong interface with Mechanics and Maintenance department (in terms of optimising Rig & equipment live
time).
4. Strong interface with HSE department (in terms of applying and follow up all HSE requirements and
producers).
5. Interface with Contracts & Procurement lead on ensuring stock is kept at adequate levels at lowest cost.
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering from Jordan University of Science and Technology with GPA: 89% and rating: Excellent, First on 2014 class.
