*Migrated land line for PABX system to IP Telephony system which impacted on saving of telecommuniation bills.

*Replaes old fleet of cars (100 cars) to the new fleet with Service contract options, which saved on car rental and increased the assets.

- Condcut periodic audits in respect to the management systems.
- Advise the team members about the changes needed for procedure to suit the business needs and market.

- Coordinate with various Depts. within the orgnization in all aspects of ISO certificationa and audits.

- Coordinate with certificatoin bodies for survillenace audits.

I used to work as inspector in Dubai Customs at Jebel Ali port & Freezone. My job role ws inspect every consignments comes in to Freezone or get out from the port.
