Manage and monitor a portfolio of off plan housing projects with a total value of 3.0+ billion SR. in the form of partnership between the Ministry of Housing and the private sector (PPP).
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the planned vision areas in alignment with National Housing Company strategy under the strategic framework and governance.
Monitor and control the project scope and ensure scope validation and quality for all project phases.
Accountable of the integrations of project phases from starting to closing.
Responsible to overcome the internal and external challenges of bringing new developers and projects to the real-estate market.
Provide consultancy guidance and direction to clients on how off plan projects will be managed in effective manner.
Develop and maintain detailed business plans for client projects.
Work with management in developing timely solutions for client requirements.
Work closely with clients to understand the business needs and to explore opportunities for growth.

Project: The Study of the Effect of Increasing the Population Density on the Infrastructure.
11 Projects around the Kingdom to provide 120, 000 residential units.

Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with authorities and manage all aspects of complying with conditions of approvals for installation, operation and maintenance of a large-scale infrastructure projects.
Represent MOH in progress and technical meetings with consultants, contractors and all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure the timely submission of technical and activities reports.
Review technical reports in terms of local and international standards and complying with the ministry needs.
Provide technical endorsement and advice for the consultants.

Ensure effectiveness of engineering consultants and contractors by developing targeted policies / procedures and monitoring work and performance.
