Manage and monitor a portfolio of off plan housing projects with a total value of 3.0+ billion SR. in the form of partnership between the Ministry of Housing and the private sector (PPP).
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the planned vision areas in alignment with National Housing Company strategy under the strategic framework and governance.
Monitor and control the project scope and ensure scope validation and quality for all project phases.
Accountable of the integrations of project phases from starting to closing.
Responsible to overcome the internal and external challenges of bringing new developers and projects to the real-estate market.
Provide consultancy guidance and direction to clients on how off plan projects will be managed in effective manner.
Develop and maintain detailed business plans for client projects.
Work with management in developing timely solutions for client requirements.
Work closely with clients to understand the business needs and to explore opportunities for growth.
Project: The Study of the Effect of Increasing the Population Density on the Infrastructure.
11 Projects around the Kingdom to provide 120, 000 residential units.
Value : 30 Million SAR
Responsibilities:
Maintain relationships with authorities and manage all aspects of complying with conditions of approvals for installation, operation and maintenance of a large-scale infrastructure projects.
Represent MOH in progress and technical meetings with consultants, contractors and all relevant stakeholders.
Ensure the timely submission of technical and activities reports.
Review technical reports in terms of local and international standards and complying with the ministry needs.
Provide technical endorsement and advice for the consultants.
Direct and guide Consultants and for completion of the housing projects from inception to construction.
Ensure effectiveness of engineering consultants and contractors by developing targeted policies / procedures and monitoring work and performance.
Demonstrated impressive ability to interact with interface governmental agencies.
Strengthened oversight of consultants’ work and performance by reviewing plans, specifications, invoices / requisitions, and change orders.
Perform comprehensive reviews of land development project designs, plans, and specifications such as single-family and multi-family homes and commercial property developments.
Coordinate the needs within internal department of MOH and National Housing Company.
Guiding and leading team members.
Responsible for preparation of weekly reports.
Report to Urban Development Department and high management on weekly project status and site progress related issues.
Coordinate with the consultant’s representative on weekly basis to address work progress related Issues.
Planning and reviewing compensation actions; enforcing policies and procedures.
Responsible for accepting/rejecting the project phase.
Maintain all quality records in an orderly and systematic manner.
Review method statements & International Standards.
Participate in managing design-contract for international consultant.
Coordinate the work of managing projects with multi-disciplined team throughout a project's development.
Reviewing electrical infrastructure designs for medium and low voltages.
Coordinates the flow of technical documents (drawings, specifications, calculations) between project operations, engineering disciplines and other related support groups.
Reviewed several electrical infrastructure designs for medium and low voltages (33, 13.8 & 0.4 kV), along with load estimations.
Following up the approval of the master plan from Ministry Of Municipal and Rural Affairs (MOMRA).
Following up the approval of the designs by Saudi Electricity Company (SEC), National Water Company (NWC), and other related agencies.
Representing the ministry in many events and meetings with the government agencies and consultants.
Obtain Non Objective Certificates (NOCs) for various infrastructure and housing projects within the kingdom.
Ensure documentation of project submittals through Aconex.
