My scope of work includes the following:
1. Targeting new clients or consulting offices.
2. Meeting with clients to identify project aspects, offering solutions, providing technical advice, and gathering project information for quotation preparation.
3. Preparing the Project Information Form (PIF), which contains project details for engineering to estimate.
4. Receiving the Request for Material List (RML) from the engineering department, which includes project section details to facilitate pricing.
5. Preparing the offer and contract, which includes the expected time schedule, pricing system, payment terms, and technical project information.
6. After contract signing, preparing a time schedule to track the progress of each project stage.
7. Maintaining project files and coordinating between the engineering department.
8. Coordinating with fabrication and erection teams after obtaining consultant approval for project data.
9. Following up on contract payment terms with clients to ensure timely payment.
10. Conducting project handover.
Generating high-quality sales leads, following up after initial contact, securing and renewing orders, negotiating prices, completing sales, and arranging deliveries. Researching, developing and modifying products to meet customers' technical requirements and needs.
