Sales Responsibilities:
Developing annual sales strategies for the company, which includes setting sales goals for the sales team. Recommending the sales team the products which the company emphasizes based on ease of sale or profit margin.
Interviewing and recruiting the salesforce, based on budgets and train them before assigning their territories, setting their quotas and monitoring their activities.
Setting their compensation levels, determining commission and bonus structures, based on the sales figures and creating contests to motivate the sales staff.
Coordinating with accounting and shipping departments to ensure credit checks are done quickly, orders are filled soon after they are booked and product is shipped to customers in a timely fashion, to maintain the relevant claims and have an market edge, with the competitors.
Marketing Responsibilities:
Assisting the sales team by creating all activities to promotes the company identity and all its products. Gathering information from the market on the latest development of other competitors doing to promote their products, studying industry publications, visiting industry websites and attend conventions, conferences and trade shows (if any). Liaising with in-house staff and clienteles to help develop any advertising, promotions, social media and public relations activities necessary. And also of all marketing activity like developing sales materials such as sell sheets, brochures, catalogs and order forms any other requirements as such related in developing and promoting company identity and product, from time to time.

Business Development, involves looking for new potential Clients, which includes Consultants, Project Engineers, Architects, Contractors.
We were dealing and done many a projects with ministries also, in particular with Ministry of Education, General Presidency of Sports and Youth Affairs, MOF, MODA.
Responsible for the combined performance of the team and ensuring that everyone within the team reaches his individual assigned goals. Recruiting and training sales staff: Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance: Allocating areas to sales executives: Setting budgets/targets: Liaising with other line managers: Reporting to senior managers: Liaising with customers (which may include actual selling): Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products or services: Keeping abreast of what competitors are doing (read price changes and / or new product launches). Depending on the culture of the company and level of seniority within it, occasionally also involved with product development, identification of new business opportunities and the development of marketing strategies.
