Responsibilities:

• Have complete knowledge of services rendered, and complete line of products, taking responsibility to stay update and ask for assistance to acquire latest developments.
• Answer confidently or find appropriate solutions to customers' problems.
• Greet customers and ascertain what each customer wants or needs.
• Compute sales prices, total purchases and receive and process cash or credit payment.
• Schedule staff’s visa, medical, coordinating with other internal and external departments
• Administration Assistant, support the HR Manager and ensure the accurate reporting of store data to the Administration.
• Typing all letters types to the employees such as (salary certificate, traffic letters, immigration letters, banks letter in English, Arabic and Urdu.
• Preparation of lists for the issuance of new visas, labor cards, medicals, ID, insurance cards for new employees and renew them for the existing employees.
• Collect all appropriate documentation necessary for visa and permits required to be processed.
• Organize visa for holiday and business related travel for managers as required to be processed.
• Assist in all general inquiries concerning labor and immigration matters.
• Responding to staff queries on Visa/ Labor / Passport related matters.
• Ensure all visas, medical, labor etc... permits are up to date and arrange timely renewal

• Completing paperwork (yes, there’s always admin to do)
• Handling complaints (from both staff and customers)
• Helping to hire new staff
• Reporting to senior management / personnel when required

• Gathering information for implementing the new project
• Collecting inputs from clients
• Listing out the Documents and documenting the project details
• Explaining the Project Plan to internal execution team
• Submission of documents and creating Transmittal.
• Describing and creating the Acknowledge letters for the clients.
• Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports
• Notifying the involved party for tacking appropriate action on the pending documents
• Manual follow up with the clients internal team to get an expected schedule for all pending documents
• Export of As-Built files in the customer required format
• Sign-off from the customers with clear specifications of retention of Archives
• Ensures the efficient and timely running of all the functions within the department together with the identification of any problematic areas and recommending appropriate course of action to the immediate supervisor.
• Responsible for coordination amongst the different departments within the company, and ensuring that all documents are kept in the appropriate place and filed in the appropriate departmental archive
