Working as a sales coordinator for pipes, flanges, and fittings supplier making submittals, quotations, pricing, making sales orders via SAP, following up with delivery to project sites & following up with local suppliers.
Accomplishments:
• Made an Excel built-in software using VBA that can automate the entire quotation process, stock checking, extracting reports, and quoting prices. Hence, increasing quotations and reports accuracy by 95% and slashing at least 3 hours of work daily.
• developed 2 tools using Qt Framework (C++) that can automatically compute the pipe price relative to their weights(schedule) & size & reverse price pipe prices & detect any variation or mispricing.
Worked as logistic coordinator for HVAC materials, tapes & insulation supplier. I was responsible for planning and coordinating logistics operations & managing inventory levels and ensuring timely delivery of goods and services to customers.
Accomplishments:
Dealing & solving the issues with supplier, client, clearance agents & ZATCA employees & even civil defense in several situations. For instance, one time our company salesman was summoned for investigation with more a committee of six high-rank officers from civil defense due to a huge fire in a project. As he was non-Arab I had to speak on his behalf and I had cleared the situation with only 2 sentences.
