•Experience in both Waterfall and Agile methodologies of software development.
•Good knowledge of functionalities of the domain which involves working with teams such as Retail Merchandising (RMS), Retail Integration Bus (RIB), Integration Layer (IL), Store Line (Point of Sale), and Group Operating System (GO)
•Actively participating in providing data level fixes for issues for the Central Europe wing of Tesco.
•Engineered customized features and modules for new applications, provided technical support, resolved code issues. Selected projects include,

•TIF (Tesco International Franchise)

•Service Delivery in both waterfall & agile life cycle with emphasis on key performance indicators like quality, on time delivery, SLAs, process stability.
•Expertise in business analysis, requirement gathering, functional and technical designs, stakeholder management.
•Collaborated with various teams in evaluating client requirements & designing customized solutions
•Analyzing the root cause of recurring issues. Invoke the MIMP whenever required and give an hourly update till closure of the MIMP.
•Working with the technical lead and release services to migrate code and data to production and pre-production environments and working with them to execute release activities.
•Clear understanding of the cross functional applications in and around RMS.
•Providing progress reporting to the stake holders during the defect/design lifecycle.
•Schedule and facilitate solution walkthroughs.
•Provides on-call batch support to ensure that the nightly RMS, RPM, RESA batch streams run successfully and ensure system availability in the morning.
•Tasks include responding to job failures and resolving them as necessary to allow batch to continue.
•Coach and Mentor junior associates.
