Entrusted with the responsibility of conceptualizing & implementing long-term strategic business plans for sales and distribution of Mobile, Gaming, Wearables & IT Accessories from various associated top brands i.e. Samsung, Sony, Microsoft, Xcell, Huawei, Cougar etc. in Qatar, in tune with market trend, macro business opportunities and channel readiness to achieve top line, bottom-line & market share objectives.

• Launched Modern Retail(MT) business for Loop Mobile, Mumbai, the profile included setting up the Modern Trade vertical so as to drive the Prepaid UBs and Recharge Revenue business for the organisation.
• Spearheaded a team of 6 direct reportee’s -1 AM, 3 TMs and 2 DMRs.
• Successfully established a high potential revenue-generating model for company having 10 Direct and 23 indirect tie-ups (ready for national level replication). The setup included the organized retails like Future Axiom Group, RPG Cellucom, Croma, Planet M, Hotspot Distribution etc.
• Significantly achieved 10 million mark of Revenue in just 7 months thru Modern Trade Channels.
• Billing trend is ever increasing currently at 2.25 Crs.
• Achieved 130K of gross additions in first year of operations only
• Awarded with a “Galaxy of Stars - Guiding Star” award for an outstanding performance shown in first 6 months i.e. Apr’08 to Sep’08(H1)

• Increased the business from Rs.8crs to Rs.10.5crs i.e Net Growth of Rs.2.5crs in just 2 months in Ludhiana
• Appointed 3 new DMAs in the 1st month in Ludhiana contributing the additional Rs.1.5crs of business (contributing 10% growth in current volumes)
• Launched a Service Call Center in Ludhiana with 15 tele-callers
• Received “Excellence Award” from the GM of the bank for the contribution made in the increase of business size
• Started various projects like “Project - Phoenix” in Delhi to revive the dead channels and increase ICICI Banks reach in the market, 10 channels revived in just 20 days time.
• Awarded with “Channel Guru Award” for growing the channels from 0 to 1cr level
• Won abroad trip for the best x-selling of other products
• Spearheaded Postpaid sales for the region through a team of 3 Executives and 15 FOS
• Increased the Net Ads from -27 to +200 in CG in 3 months

• Handled Postpaid sales thorough assigned set of 6 Franchisee Channels in the territory
