Restaurant Manager
Handling 4 Outlet, looking after their operation their budget and issues during the operation. Reporting to F&B Manger for any operational suggestions.
Take responsibility for the business performance of the restaurant, analyse and plan restaurant sales levels and profitability, organise marketing activities, such as promotional events and discount schemes;
prepare reports at the end of the shift/week, including staff control, food control and sales, create and execute plans for department sales, profit and staff development, set budgets or agree them with senior management, plan and coordinate menus, coordinate the operation of the restaurant during scheduled shifts;
recruit, train, manage and motivate staff, respond to customer queries and complaints, meet and greet customers, organise table reservations and offer advice about menu and wine choices,
maintain high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety,
check stock levels, order supplies and prepare cash drawers and petty cash.
My responsibilities and duties are such scheduling, hiring, training, inventory and ordering, and inspecting of work stations. They may be responsible for managing several employees, such as kitchen, wait and service staff with the floor staff, reception, barman, store inventory.
• Presently working with PARIS GROUP OF HOSPITALITY IN DUBAI as a senior supervisor in an indian speciality restaurant ASHA'S, from 21 feb 2012 to till date.coordinating with my team mates handling guest complaint brief them to handle their guest check their menu knowledge and our services provided.
To take care of guest co-ordinates with our team mates and my manager, give proper training and brief them the company policy and procedure to handle the guest and their complaints. Follow-up with the guest for any suggestion, maintain the floor with the kitchen-staff for the delivery of food on time.
work as a team member serve the guest and help our team-mates to reach the excellence of service and to reach the daily target coordinate to my team leader for any assistance or problem during operation.
