• Microsoft Dynamics Certified Technology Specialist with around 3+ years of professional experience as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM consultant. Currently working in a Techno Functional MS CRM 2011 Lead Consultant role for Wells Fargo at Wells Fargo SDC, Synechron.

• Been involved in a complete end to end MS CRM 2011 implementation for one of the top USA based banking client and played key role in requirement gathering and analysis phase. I’ve closely worked with business to prepare functional and technical design for implementation of complex business processes in MS CRM 2011 and presented demos to business users for the same.

• Apart from having a robust experience in MS CRM 2011 development, also do have a good experience in CRM application performance tuning, optimizing CRM database and custom SSRS reports and troubleshooting user access issues in production environment and integration of MS CRM with legacy systems.
