Responsible of all Engineering Activities over the Factories.
Plan and direct the installation, testing, operation, maintenance, and repair of facilities and equipment.
Direct, review, and approve engineering design and changes.
Recruit employees; assign, direct, and evaluate their work; and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
Prepare budgets, evaluate bids, and contracts.

Leading Automation department comprising of Team Managers & Technicians.
CAPEX Management: Initialisation to closure.
Exposure to process and filling/Packing equipment’s for infant formula.
To assist the project team in all Automation related issues by liaising with external resource as required.
To maintain & maximize operational availability of the process and filling/Packing automated systems by providing adequate skills, material & management.
To meet management performance parameters by ensuring adherence to defined product specifications, quality, safety and Engineering standards.
To maintain the integrity of the process software and regular archiving to backup.
To ensure full implementation of safety systems and safe practices of work by upgrading safety awareness and practices with in the team.
Planning of project execution in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.
Ensures that prerequisites (e.g. design inputs, tools, documentation, deliverables, schedule, and budget) are in place prior to start work.
Complete Engineering of the project including the approvals from the customer / Consultants.
Requisition of the material to be procured for the project followed up with the negotiation & finalization of the vendor
Act as technical interface to customers and responsible to ensure that projects are executed within agreed schedule and budget to meet the customer requirements.
Monitors and controls assigned work scope against the project plan, ensures effective change control and identifies risks / opportunities.
Ensures that the engineered solution meets project requirements in terms of functionality, standards, and supporting documentation and implementation process at minimum cost by allocating work assignments to project team.
Man hour logging & cross check on that as per the allotted time frame to the team.
Responsible to gather the FAT / Site Execution feedback / On-site service feedback to meet the customer satisfaction.
Internal and external project reviews
Preparing and submitting the progress report to customer and management.
Successful closing of the projects technically.
HMI, SCADA, PLC application software development, servicing and training, and commissioning.
Examining requirements of new automation systems, implementing, architecting creative solutions to accomplish business goals.
Complete Engineering, HMI and PLC application software development, servicing and training, and commissioning of customers support.
Discuss with customers during implementation and design of the new complex services, understanding complicated problems resulted in successful issue resolution.
Helping and consulting with other team members in resolving unusual and complicated problems related to new development, production support and testing.
To conduct FAT and SAT as per the approved QTP by customer.
Installation testing and commissioning of field instruments related to pressure, temperature, flow, level, display devices, I/P convertor (temperature scanner, bar graph, recorder) and PID controller
Calibration and configuration of instruments.
Preventive maintenance of field instruments and loop wiring.
