• Render HR related support to diversified business units encompassing EPC, MEP, Oil & Gas, IT Distribution, FMCG, Security Surveillance Products, and Retail Businesses.
• Focus on activities related to talent acquisition, compensation & benefits, performance management, learning & development, management reporting and employee engagement activities.

• Spearhead multiple projects on corporate social responsibility, employer branding, implementation of Balance Score Card, HRIS and other projects assigned by the senior leadership team.
• Foster a performance based culture through the development of a companywide competency framework and the effective implementation of a reliable performance management system.
• Lead the company's training and development initiatives including gap analysis, planning, and execution of appropriate learning and development activities to meet individual and business objectives.
• Review organization effectiveness and recommend changes including job design and structural changes to create synergies between functions and streamline operations.
