Responsible for auditing and handover for SmartPlant Instrumentation database for Mina Abdullah refinery with approx 100, 000 instruments.
Completion of several residual engineering works post commissioning and handover from Contractors
Closely monitoring all requirements for project closures including Final project dossiers, punch list closures, warranty claims etc.
Creating and maintaining a Change Tracking system to keep track of all changes made post project commissioning.
Creation of Master Alarm database for over 200, 000 alarm points spread across 33 units. Created inhouse tools to assist the Alarm Rationalization workshops.
* Project in charge for residual engineering for Jurassic facility projects with Schlumberger in North Kuwait
* Lead Design Engineer for Foam Fatale Project in SAC, Mina Saud.
* Engineer for DCS Migration Project Emerson RS3 to Delta V in KOC.
* Engineer for Upgradation of Chemical Injection and monitoring systems in KOC

*Assist in overall coordination and control of Instrument & Control engineering activities.

*Making drawings & documents either in-house or obtaining them from technology providers subsequent to due process of checks & approvals. This includes continuous interface with Project and Engineering consultants & Technology providers.
*Responsible for ensuring all the work i.e. drawings and documentation meet all design, Contractual & Statutory requirements.
