Working as Supplychain and Procurement lead in ITAG INTERNATIONAL QATAR
•Responsible for Procurement activities such as issuing Quotation requests, receiving &commercial evaluation of quotation, lead commercial clarification meeting to negotiate & finalize commercial terms & conditions with suppliers, prepare Quotation summary and give recommendation for award of orders.
•Procurement of raw material from national and international market.
•Responsible for the major procurements items like Forgings, fully machined trims, Round Bars, Chokes, hangers, actuator valves parts etc...
•Responsible for Post order activities such as expediting, inspection & shipping related matters.
•Monitoring Inventory Levels in regular Intervals and co-ordinate with planning and warehouse to keep optimum stock by ordering MOQ, ROL for the regular items
•Development of new suppliers and the alternative suppliers for the critical components throughout various regions to get the benefits of best quality with reduced delivery time
•Establishing terms, pricing, quality requirements, delivery, and contracts
•Reviewing all contracts/agreements to achieve ‘best price/best quality’ purchasing
•Managing vendor relationships and building effective supply chain partnerships.
•Drive and execute cost reduction activities to meet the management target
• Planning and procuring the components for manufacturing chest freezers, ice cream conservators and gas cookers to ensure continuity of production with minimum inventory.
• Negotiate prices with vendors and procure materials & services at optimum cost.
• Evaluate supplier performances.
• Manage the inward shipment of components Purchase all non-stock and non-marketing service items. Obtain optimum price with regard to specification service, reliability, quality and fitness for purpose

• Incharge of warehouse activities like inwarding the components, responsible for the raw material Inventories and dispatching the finished goods

JJOB PROFILE:
Responsible for procuring materials to production
Looking after BOF sheet metal pressed components, machining components.
Regular follow up with suppliers and Establishing Process at suppliers end
Out sourcing the in house made components
Creation of schedules to the suppliers and allocating priorities through SCM.
Effective coordination with logistics
Monitoring the suppliers delivery performance and quality performance to ensure continuity of production
Involved with Costing functions, preparation purchase orders,
cost reduction through value engineering /Inventory Monitoring
Monitoring of market price fluctuations and effective negotiation with suppliers.
ACHIEVEMENTS:
1. A member of GEMBA team (cost savings activity ) and reduced Inventories of My Items by 20% by streamlining the material deliveries in time
2. Developed the Alternate economical vendors for 30 items and reduced the cost of 15% from the Total Purchase value of Rs.75lakhs /Annum
3. Effectively Utilized SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT to reduce cost and the inventory
4. Extended 5 suppliers payment terms from 30 days to 60 days.

Co-coordinating with ppc, stores to ensure the materials as per the plan

PURSUING 3RD SEMEMSTER IN BTECH MECHANICAL
Completed Graduate Diploma in materials management in IIMM –CHENNAI –two years course approved by Aicte and ministry of Hrd.
