KNPC- CFP as a OPERATOR- II in refinery utility division (pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up activities)
Equipments monitoring and operating by Honeywell systems:-
Boiler & steam system, Fuel oil/gas system, FD system, steam condenser, pumps i.e. boiler feed water, gland steam unit, ejector system, waste water system, incinerator, Chemical system, air compressor, Air dryer, cooling tower water system.
Hand over and properly relieved - Monitoring all equipments as per designed operation and production - Follow the specification of product ivy - Reporting to controller/engineer/supervisor -Start up/shut-down activity - Annual maintenance activity i.e. all the pumps, isolation & de-isolation, levels, flows transmitters and switches, CVs & MOVs etc. - Any emergency/ variations in the operations inform field operator by radio to solve - Follow the isolation procedure as per the standards i.e. equipment by field operators, power by electrical and other departments its required, lock-out rack-out & tagging methods - PTW - Follow HSE policy; maintain the related files and up-date - Weekly test of all emergency equipments i.e. Emergency generator, Fire water deluge systems, siren (PAGA) -As per schedule PM work will follow - Maintain the file system as per the KOC (clients) standards.
Following punch list, vendors reports, DCS screens revive & modify as per operation etc. in commissioning periods
Equipments monitoring and operating by Emerson ovation systems:-
Steam system, condenser, pumps i.e. condensate, brine, seawater, jet, distillation unit, TB screen, brine heater, vacuum distillation unit, chemical system, air compressor, air dryer, cooling water system.
Handled job:-

Tank farm, booster pumps, high pressure pumps, nut shell filters, LP flare, KOD, sludge separator, air compressor, air dryer, emergency generator, ROD, chemical injection systems, pig launcher & receiver.
Handled Jobs:-
Reporting to controller and supervisor - Operation followed by P & ID only - Units operation by DCS. Some operation in PLC - Maintain the tank level for skimming oil send to GC and maintain all the parameters - Maintain pressure in injection well and flow is maintained in disposal wells - Follow the HSE rules, policy and maintain the related files with up-date. - PPM maintain as per lab results of oil and water quality - Start-up shut down activities with proper sequence - Work Permits approved as per the KOC standards. I.e. Hot, Cold, Vehicle, radiographic and space permits by electronic work permit method.
Rising of work request, If found any defective of the plant equipment by electronic - Operating of Utilities i.e. Compressor, Air dryer, F/G KO Drum, chemical, Cooling Water, Potable Water, Seal oil Pups, etc.
Weekly test of all emergency systems i.e. fire water pumps, diesel generator, deluge system - Conducting Level-1 & 2 shutdowns as per instruction from team leader - PM works to be followed as per the schedule and cooperate with others contractors.

Start-up and shutdown activities as per the instruction from control room - weekly change-over i.e. feed water pump, igniter fan, flame scanner cooling fan, air compressor etc. - Checking of local readings and equipments.(If any variation will be informed operator-1) - Schedule of burner, igniter, soot blowers, strainers isolation and cleaning by maintenance - As per the LAB result inform operator and maintain the chemical PPM - Weekly test of all the auxiliary and emergency units - Cooperate with all other maintenance department - Involving with our team worker in annual shut downs - Following System isolation, multi lock/ tagging methods - Conducting weekly test all the stand-by and emergency equipments as per the schedule.

Local checking and taking reading of all the running equipments and maintain log book - Checking the quenching pump flow rates, pressure - Follow housekeeping - Periodically checking of levels and drain to sewer / flare - As per schedule equipment change-over activity - Equipments Isolation, lock and tagging system as per board operator - Observe the pump operations (i.e. seal leak, cooling water temp. pump &motor bearing temp. - Periodically checking of PSV, LCV and FCV operations (coordinate with board operator) - Checking of H2 leak into cooling water side - Monitoring compressor operations (i.e. bearing condition, cooling water temp, draining liquid in stages) - Conducting weekly test of all emergency equipments - Chemical adjust as per the LAB result and board operator - Start-up & Shut-down activities. (As per board operator/shift charge) - Checking and commissioning during the annual shut down period.
