The project involves EPC of typical 132/33kV Substation majorly constituting Power Transformers, Reactors, AIS, Control & relay panels, cable laying installation and commissioning works including total CIVIL & MEP works for Substation.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Coordination with vendors and expedite materials to ensure delivery schedule & match specifications.
Coordinate timely flow of engineering documents, certificate tests reports and inspection reports between supplier and concerned sections.
Follow-up with Procurement department for organizing FAT as per Baseline Schedule and delivery of material thereof.
Develop & maintain an excellent customer relationship to achieve long-term relations.
Organize kick of meetings, pre-inspection and technical meetings with vendor and review purchase order.
Manage the approval of all submittals by suppliers and subcontractors.
Plan and monitor the execution of project ensuring the quality to assure on time completion
Ensure resource availability at site.
Site establishment setup.
Follow up approvals of documents/drawings from discipline engineers.
Establish & maintain effective controls throughout the project execution in accordance with current corporate standards to protect the organization and to deliver a successful project.
Coordinate with Engineering, clients and statutory authorities for necessary approvals
Fully understand the contract and pursue opportunities to facilitate change, increase revenue and reduce threats to improve financial performance.
Ensuring project execution is undertaken in accordance with approved HSE legislation.
Responsible to control the suppliers & sub-contractor for timely delivery of project
Liaise with customers/consultants and resolve all technical & commercial issues
Ensuring As built drawings, O & M Manuals & other documents submitted as per client request
Project Closure, End documentation works & Responsible to close out the projects

Diverse experience in Electrical projects ranging from Under ground Cable network(LV, MV, EHV), Distribution projects Like HVDS, Feeder Renovation, MV Substations, Building Electrification and Metro Building Electrical and Mechanical Systems(BEMS/MEP) Projects.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling the entire spectrum of project operations and regularly monitoring the progress to ensure completion of work within stipulated time and cost budgets.
• Generating and supervising the budget preparation for all projects, drawings, specifications, contract documents, bill of quantities and other tender documents for competitive tendering of the projects.

- Project: BEMS (Building electrical and mechanical systems) project for Metro Railway system( Depot.) including SITC for whole depot electrical works e.g. LT panels, DG system, UPS system wiring conduiting, lighting, small power etc in Depot and ancillary buildings.

Key Responsibilities:
• Handled project take over, project co-ordination, monitoring and control of project time and cost to ensure adequate and accurate implementation of the project operations.
