• As a Project Research Associate have been working on National Agriculture Innovation project which deals with in depth research on use of Information and Communication Technology on Indian Agriculture.
• Organizing event, conducting survey and attend workshop related to project

• Has a Marketing Manager had been handling group B, group C and institutional customer at Port Harcourt Branch and handling group A customer at Lagos HO.

• Has Process section In Charge executing shift activities, Production planning and workforce management of fully automated Process Section having capacity 10 lakh lit /day.
• Meeting needs of internal customer (Powder, Butter, Flavour and Pouch Packing section) as well as external customer (Satellite dairy located at Mumbai, Pune Kolkatta and Khatrej and other sister concerned co-operative dairy).
• Involved in domestic logistic management of Village Chilling Unit, road and rail tanker
• Coordinating with Planning, Purchase and Quality control for smooth production run and better product quality.
• Routine KPI track of documentation regarding QMS, HACCP viz. cleaning schedules, production run.
• Provide leadership & technical assistance to operator, supervisor and Skilled Staff in shift.
• Ensure effective communication during shift handover, results presentation, any non-conformance to standards.
• Involvement in trouble-shooting during breakdowns of major unit operations.
• Deliver the GMP, Hygiene & Housekeeping conformance, Safety conformance.
• Track losses, maintain data, sanitation regulations and enforce safety
• Timely reporting & investigating all accidents/dangerous occurrence in the shift.
• Used to conduct quality audits to other departments for ISO, HACCP, and FMEA.

ACHIVEMENTS

• consecutively achieved my target for opening saving a/c, current a/c and bringing fix deposit for 6 months by generating Fixed Deposit amounting to Rs 296 crore with in 3 month span from Central and North Gujarat Co-operative Banks
• Did tie-up with The Gujarat State co-op bank for disbursement of loan and also Viramgam Mercantile Co-Op Bank for reverse collection.
• Availed facility of LC/BG and short term line of credit against fixed deposit of few co-operative banks
• Did get the Daily Float of Rs.2 crore from existing clients.

• To involve in the research, design and delivery of the course curriculum including life skills for the students.
• To handle entire centre which included 4 facilitator and 250 students
• To provide training to facilitator related to project
• To generate road shows and perform counselling for the training program.
• Strengthening B-2-Y (Business to Youth) network to have better understanding of the training for the employer.
• Finding employment opportunities for all job ready students, co-ordinate with the prospective employers and placing the students.
• Meeting District Rural Development Agency, Gandhinagar in order to discuss project cut off and to avail facility needed for running centre at 4 different location




ACHIVEMENTS
• Successfully completed two batches in Rajkot and Ahmedabad as center head by placing 500 students coming from rural background at entry level job in various companies.
• Provided training to 10 more facilitator as part of Train the Trainer for new center.
NON - TECHNICAL PROJECTS:
Project Title: ‘Grameen LABS (Livelihood Advancement Business
School) at Dr.Reddy’s Foundation, Ahmedabad
Project
Description: A joint project of Govt. of Gujarat, Rural development Ministry and Dr.Reddy’s Foundation to offer path-breaking job-oriented training courses to youth coming from economically weak background and prepare them for entry level jobs in various industrial sectors.

¨ Had been handling entire section during second and third shift in Process, Powder, Butter, Ghee, Buttermilk, pouch packing and flavor section
¨ Involved in manpower management, production planning as well as installation of different machinery
¨ To provide day to day fat losses account to Manager Production

• Helped in implementing ISO, Kaizen and House Keeping in different section
