Handling Multiple Projects Simultaneously both in LV and MV.
• Managing the complete project engineering from Internal kick off with Sales/proposal team,
customer kickoff, basic and detailed engineering, FAT, Project shipment, SAT & Handover.
• Coordinating with internal functional teams like procurement, logistics, finance, HR
departments, Quality, production for successful execution of the projects.
• Planning & scheduling along with Project Leads, Site Team for Project management processes
from Initiation, Planning, Execution, Monitoring & Control & closing as per Guidelines.
• Site Management & Contractor Management to ensure smooth execution of projects.
• Commissioning of PDB, ECR-DB, UPS DB & UPS.
• Support & Continuous follow up with Project Manager /other discipline project leads for
successful completion of the project.
Managing Branch Factories such as VongChan Cable Ltd., & Khmer Concrete Co.Ltd at Kandal Province Cambodia.
Production & of AAC, ACSR, ABC & AX Medium Voltage Over Head Line Transmission Power Cables.Testing of Tensile strength, High Voltage Test, Insulation resistance, Mass test.
Planning & Design for Electricity Works which includes, Installation of transformer, Metering & MCB, Switch board, Power socket, Industrial Lamps, Exhaust valves, Electrical wiring for Cable machines as well for Factory needs.
Production of Centrifugal pre-stressed Concrete Poles.(Transmission, Distribution, Communication), Cross Arms, CLC & CB Blocks along with Bending moment test, concrete block compression strength test, impact hammer test, slump test.
Prepare designs for office room, Water pipe line works, Canal line, Over head Cranes, Factory Fence, Gate works & Parking Areas. as well as Earthing.
Prepare design for the total area(building space using auto cad) such as pole to pole distance, foundation for poles, top roof construction designs, I Steel beam works, side wall CB blocks calculation, painting works etc.
Organising the repair and routine maintenance of production equipment & Ensuring that health and Safety regulations are met.
Investigate new machinery and technique to improve the productivity(with regular meeting with Production, O&M, Sales teams).
Assessing projects and resource requirements.(Schedule, Budget Plan, Procuring Raw materials, Calculations, drawings)
Preparation/Checking of Control & Protection Schematics, General Arrangement, SLD’s, Cross
Section drawings and As Built Drawings for Customers as per IEC standards
• Preparation of Short circuit, load, CT VT & other Power System calculations for detailed
Engineering order stage design documentation works.
• Follow up and Co-Ordination with Technical team and pertaining solutions for Customer as per
their requirements at regular basis.
• Interaction with various departments (Marketing, Quality, Project Engineering, Site Engineering
&Testing) internally as well as external customers for technical queries and ambiguities.
Preparation/Checking of Control & Protection Schematics using their respective specifications for Orders/Jobs in hand.
Preparation of General Arrangement, SLD’s, Cross Section drawings and As Built Drawings for Customers as per IEC standards.
Study of Technical Specifications and accordingly prepare Tender/Order and to prepare BOM for the same.
Preparation of Price sheet, technical clarifications, technical bid evaluation when required.
Interaction with various departments (Marketing, Quality, Project Engineering, Site Engineering &Testing) internally as well as external customers for technical queries and ambiguities.
Preparation/Checking of Control & Protection Schematics using their respective specifications for Orders/Jobs in hand.
Revamping and Retro fit works for substation Control and Relay panels using specified relays.
Preparation of General Arrangement and As Built Drawings for Customers as per IEC standards .
Preparation of Equipment Schedule, technical clarifications when required.
Preparation of Bill of Material for Control & Relay Panel for Orders.
Study of Technical Specifications and accordingly prepare Tender/Order BOM for the same.
Operate computer-assisted engineering and design software and equipment to perform engineering tasks.
Design of, indoor as well as outdoor truck with fixed panel, mechanism, epoxy housing, pole assembly and interrupters.
Measurement of rated operated sequence of Duty cycle.
Measurement of Contact Resistance. Measurement of Insulation Resistance.
articipate in various Type Tests necessary at CPRI.
Preparing Bill Of Material (BOM). Assisting Quality Department for technical alignment of inbound and outbound Products.
