Prepare and present financial performance reviews to the leadership team,
proactively challenging performance and providing analytical insight tosupport
exceeding objectives.
Responsible for analysis of Management Financial reporting, including completion of
P&L reporting, Budgeting, regular forecasting and KPI Reporting.
Point of contact for Clients, banks, auditors, and any relevant taxauthorities.
Business partner with a number of stakeholders including the operational teamsand
the finance team link to budget and planning.
Full responsibility for all topics related to finance, controlling and taxation inKSA.
Manage day to day accounting operations including billing, A/R, A/P, GL, revenue
recognition, intercompany transactions, credit management and othertransactions.
Manage month-end and year-end closing process.
Precise and accurate estimation of monthly revenues based on thecontracts
Monthly monitor the preparation of all regulatory reporting and compliance withlocal
government requirements, VAT and Withholding tax filings.
Supporting and guiding countries accountants for consistent use of Chart of
Accounts and accounting policies.
Managing cost centers and projects revenue/cost analysis and reporting.
Monthly, quarterly and yearly preparing financial statements, as well as monthly
MER reports, bank reconciliations, A/R & A/P and GLanalysis.
Supports budget activities and reporting variances.
Ensure group financial targets are being followed up &embedded.
Assist Finance Manager in identifying Key Performance Indicators (KPI)
Monthly managing inventory, material in-transit accountsreconciliation.
Monthly controlling COGS and inventoryevaluation.
Maintain Fixed Asset recorded, recognized, re-valued, depreciated, capitalized,
disposed and reported.
Ensuring credit management policies and procedures are beingembedded.
Monthly controlling receivables DSO and weekly monitoring the customersaging
schedule through meeting with sales team and reviewtargets.
Liaise with Central Treasury for finance charges and loans.
Lead point with External Auditors, Internal Auditors, banks, Taxconsultants,
insurance brokers, regulatory bodies and creditors.
Manage all payments to suppliers, staff, and other external parties are made
according to the company policies and procedures.
Monthly allocating common expenses to branches based on costdrivers.
Lead, handle, monitor and evaluate Accounting team of fourmembers
Key member along with finance team in preparing quarterly, semiannually, and
annually financial statements
Full responsible of Accounts Payable, General Ledgers andBanks.
Manage all accounting transactions in the branches inside & outside KSA
Maintain Fixed Asset recorded, recognized, re-valued, depreciated, capitalized,
disposed and reported.
Manage all payments to suppliers, staff, and other external parties aremade
according to the company policies and procedures.
Support dealership accounting functions (contracts, inventory, dealertrades)
Prepare bank reconciliations.
Pre-audits, verifies, and processes employee expense claims reviewing rulesfor
employee compliance
Allocate expenses to different cost centers and conduct costanalysis.
Complete daily cash deposit and send out cash reports to all partiesneeded
Support Month End and Quarter End Tasks as directed
