After Sales Service:-
To give support to customer in terms of machine installation, commissioning and after sales. If required, give onsite support to the customer by sending technicians or service engineers or else offsite support. Even we provide techno-commercial offer to customer for spare which they require for their existing machine.
Coordination :-
To coordinate with design team for any kind of upgrade feedback received from the customer simultaneously coordinating with the PPC, purchase, assembly, test & trail teams. To give quotation to the customer for the upgrades to be made in the machine.
Customer Satisfaction:-
Ensure proper trouble-shooting of customer complaints till customer’s satisfaction. Train and educate servicing team to ensure meeting customer requirements completely. Consult with respective functions about customer compliant and accordingly decide action plan & execute it. Seek possibility of new business prospects generation out of customer requirements.
Additional Responsibilities:-
To make technicians/service engineers visit schedules as per time feasibility of both customer and technician. Maintain records of each visit. Take continuous feedback/follow up from the customer post commissioning or problem solution of the machine.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-
1. Check user requirement & prepare the details for the machine.
2. Check whether material is available as per BOM.
3. Supervision of assembly of control panels.
4. Attend the difficulties of technicians related to the manufacturing.Interaction with the production regarding regularly faced problems.
5. Initiate the process to solve these problems. 6. In house support for maintenance.
7. Testing & simulation of instruments / control panels.
8. PLC, HMI & SCADA programming as per user requirement.
9. Testing & simulation of instruments & control panels.
10. Calibration of instruments/sensors.
11. Implementation of required changes as per customer inspection report & service engineer feedback.
12. Coordination with Asst. Documentation for required documents & backup of data.
13. Purchase coordination.
14. Coordination with vendors for timely delivery of the material related to the control panel.
15. Coordination with purchase for delayed material.
16. Implementation of ISO.
17. Keep all required reports ready as per formats.
RESPONSIBILITIES:-

2. Visit to client sites to help with installation, deployment, and troubleshooting.
