* Preparation of complete HVAC Drawings which includes
1. Ducting Layout for AC, Ventilation (fresh air, Kitchen Exhaust, Toilet Exhaust, General Exhaust,
Corridor Pressurization Duct, Smoke Exhaust Duct Car Parking makeup air duct & Car Parking
extract air duct etc.) duct riser,
2. Chilled water piping Layout.
3. AC & Ventilation Sectional Detail Layout.
4. HVAC as Built layout with sectional detail.
5. CHW Pump room layout with sectional detail.
6. Schematic Layout for CHW Piping, ventilation, Lift & Staircase Pressurization, Smoke Exhaust &
Corridor Pressurization layout etc.
COORDINATION
* Preparation of MEP Coordination Drawings which includes
1. Coordination layout for MEP High Level services.
2. Coordination layout for Reflected Ceiling layout.
3. Sectional details for all MEP services.
4. MEP Coordination Builders Work Layout for wall and slab.
5. Coordinating with the client’s & architect technical team.
PLUMBING & FIREFIGHTING
* Fire water requirement as per CFO.
* Preparation of plumbing design which includes
1. Water supply & drainage layout for upper floors.
2. External layout for site plan.
3. Sprinkler layout for separate floors
4. Fire, Water supply plant room layout.
5. Section layout with detailing.
QUANTITY
* Taking quantity of MEP services for BOQ.
1. HVAC services (Equipment, Grill, Diffuser, FD, VCD, MVCD, NRD, STL Etc.)
2. HVAC ducting measurement sheet & Insulation qty.
3. Electrical Services qty. (Lighting fixture, Switch, Socket, Ladder, Tray, Trunking Etc.)
