Nature of work: Corrective maintenance and preventive maintenance of various process instrumentation systems.
Duties / Responsibilities include the following:
•Installation, service and maintenance of Magnetic flow meter.( Endress + Hauser, ABB kent, SIEMENS).
•Calibration and maintenance of differential pressure transmitter.( E&H )
•Maintenance and calibration of ultrasonic and hydro static level transmitters. (E&H)
•Calibration and maintenance of Chlorine analyzer, ph analyzer.
•Maintenance of BRODERSEN RTU .
•Repair and maintenance of water quality monitoring system, ( Intelisonds).
•Analyzing vibration of Pump and motor using Viber X3 vibration monitoring system.
•Responsibilities include maintenance of all pump station’s control panels(plc controlled-siemens), maintenance of khrone krains, fire alarm system, gas monitoring systems
Nature of work: Calibration, maintenance and servicing of various Instrumentation systems related to marine, process control and industrial applications.
Duties / Responsibilities include the following:
•Repair and Calibration of pump room pneumatic Transmitters. (Nakakitta and Nagano keiki, Danfoss).
•Calibration of pressure gauges and receiver gauges.
•Calibration of boiler drum water level transmitter. (Yamatake, Yokogawa)
•Installation and maintenance of Rotameter type flow meters. (Pepperl+Fuchs, ).
•Calibration of main engine temperature sensors using druck temperature bath.(Toyo, Hanla, Danfoss)
•Repair and calibration of tank high level switches. (Hanla, Nakakitta, Wika and Mussaino).
•Calibration of boiler HFO recirculation line temperature switches. (Danfoss).
•Calibration of main engines lub oil pressure switches. ( Danfoss).
•Calibration of oil content Detector.(deckhma hamburg)
•Generator safety shutdown testing. (Cummins, Volvopenta) .
•Installation and maintenance of Anemometer.
•Maintenance of ODME.( Seilseres.).
•Calibration and maintanace of fixed gas detection system.( RikenKeiki, Toka seiki, Komyo kitagawa, Cosmoss, Hanla)
•Calibration of HM20P ph meter:
•Boiler MGO modification ( Mitsubishi):
•Testing and servicing of fire detection system
Nature of work: Calibration and Servicing of fixed and portable Gas detection system, Fire detection system, CCTV installation and commissioning.
Duties / Responsibilities include the following:
•Designing of Fixed gas detections systems for monitoring flammable gas in pump room and water ballast tanks using PLC. (SEIMENS)
•Gas panel inside solenoid valve repair if in case problem exist.
•Calibration of Diffusion type and suction type, infrared type lel, oxygen, hydrogen sulphide gas sensors.
•Installation and commissioning of fixed gas detection panels and attendance of class survey. (Lloyds or DNV )
•Repair and testing of NHE OKI addressable type fire detection system.
•Installation and commissioning of Vidamax CCTV system. This includes remote accessing by LAN as well as WAN by adapting Netview software.
Nature of work: Installation and commission a major project named ULSTEIN MARINE AUTOMATION SYSTEM FOR ALARM MONITORING
The main objective of this project was to control the flow rate, level and monitor all alarm status remotely and locally. The entire system was controlled by “ALLEN BRADLEY” plc and human interface was done by “INTOUCH” scada.
During these project I have got a good hands own experience in calibration of “Dongwoo DW-60-DA” butterfly valve with actuator system, “Synatel” level control switch, “Trimond Besta” level switch, “Rosemount” differential pressure transmitter and “Danfoss” pressure switch.
I have got an experience in handling “Druck pressure calibrator, Druck loop calibrator, Fluke loop calibrator and Nakakita hydraulic pump”.
Nature of work: Plant Process Control Monitoring and operation.
Main objective is to control the process temperature. A relay logic system which is controlled by a programmed ICPCON data acquisition card and LABVIEW software have been involved. For local indication/ controlling Selectron PID controller was used. Three stages of process was controlled and recorded for certification from DNV authorities.
