Successfully implemented Microsoft Dynamics Axapta 2012 R3 (CU 12) with Finance (GL, AR, AP, Cash & Bank, FA), Inventory. Procurement, Retail, Payroll & School Fee Collection (Customized) modules. Always adhered to the proper Project management time scale to finish the task on time.

Installed & configured AX 2012 R3, customized standard AX system using MorphX development environment. Done all the customization in AOT (Forms, Class, Macros, Workflow, and Queries) and tested properly before uploading to Live Server. Maintained security level for users by defining proper Privileges, Duties & Roles.

Integration of AX with other legacy systems using Business Connector (Online Fee Payment, Sana Commerce for AX, Mobile Applications). For Sana Commerce the Interface Customization in AX done successfully. Worked with external consultant for the setup / integration of KNET & CyberSource.

Build Analytics Report using Tableau and other standard reports in SSRS and Management Reporter.

Managed database using SQL Server, automated Backup and monitored the performance of the Server to make sure that resources fulfil the AX performance.

Created a proper structured SQL Server Database to read and update the data from the SIMS (Student Information Management System), AX, Laserfiche workflow, Mobile Applications and to do the proper update in the system. Created SQL jobs to query AD (LDAP) and insert the data to the SQL Database.

Worked closely with Finance Department to build COA and Account Structure with Advanced Rule for different Financial Dimensions hence minimized user level errors. Helped them to properly do Month end & Year end closing procedures by tracking any of the functional mistakes and suggesting the solutions. Always make sure that Ledger & Sub ledger reports match properly.

Update data using DMF & Excel Add-ins, Web Services. Created menus to help users to upload data from Excel to Purchase Order, Movement Journal & Transfer Journal.

Worked on Lasefiche Forms to make Petty Cash Request, Order Forms and workflows. Integrated the Workflow with Web services.

Created the Web Services & API to integrate AX & other applications with the mobile application (BSK ParentApp, TSK ParentApp, StaffApp, Laserfiche Public Forms, SMS Service, KNET & Credit Card Payment Gateway) and leads the project to make sure that builds are working properly.

Created Web Services to integrate the Okta SSO with other systems and managed the whole Okta SSO.

Integrated the SecurOS Video Management System (VMS), SecurOS Auto License Plate Recognition (LPR/ANPR) with other applications.

Developed a fully functional Fast Track system like student pickup system, textbook distribution by integrating SecurOS ANPR with Jscript, C# Web Service, NodeJS, SQL Server, MongoDB & Laserfiche Workflow.

Developed integration web service with Google Apps Script for Google Sheet, Google Calendar, and other external services.

Gathering requirements from each department and advising on the process required to deliver the final solution.

Focus RT application analysis and customized the application with external DLLs and made customized reports for the users. Supported Dubai & Saudi users using remote desktop applications.
