• Working as a EPC QA/QC Engineer to Review of RFI's (Requests for Inspections as per Daily Inspections Plan), and ensuring
compliance as per RFI's (Requests for Inspections) and ITP's (Inspection and Test Plans) and maintaining a record of all RFIs, in RFI

included concrete work, structural steel, excavation, compaction, form-work, and other civil construction activities.
• Witnessing’ various construction tests, such as material testing (rebars, concrete, soil, asphalt, etc.), and ensuring that the tests are
conducted as per the ITPs and OTS (Owner Technical Specifications).
• Control of Non-Conformance (NCR) or Site Observations Reports (SOR): Issuance of NCRs and SORs: If any aspect of the construction
work does not comply with the approved plans or specifications, immediately issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) or Site
observation Reports) SORs) to subcontractors. These reports detail the issues, their impact on quality, and the corrective actions required.
• Following up on NCRs to ensure that corrective actions are taken and that the work is re-inspected to verify compliance after corrections.
• Monitoring and Ensuring Proper Documentation and Maintaining Inspection Logs: Keeping an up-to-date log of all inspections and
tests performed, including details of the work, personnel involved, results, and any corrective actions taken and ensuring compliance with
contractual and regulatory requirements and facilitates audits, that all necessary approvals are obtained for work completed at each stage
(e.g., formwork, rebar, concrete pour) in accordance with ITPs before proceeding with the next phase.
• Coordinating with Subcontractors and Engineers and working closely with construction managers, and engineers to clarify any issues
and ensuring the quality control process is being followed.
• Participating in regular meetings (such as project progress meetings or quality control meetings, on weekly and on monthly basis) to
discuss inspection findings, quality issues, and any necessary corrective actions. in which addressing any discrepancies between the work
performed and the specifications or ITPs. Work to resolve these discrepancies in collaboration with the construction team.
• Ensuring that the work is carried out in compliance with environmental regulations, such as waste management, water quality, and noise
control, as outlined in the project specifications and ITPs. While conducting quality inspections, also ensuring that safety standards are
being adhered to in the civil construction process at the project.
• Conducting final inspections before project handover to ensuring that all work has been completed to the required standards and
specifications. This is including, the checking that all inspections and tests have been documented and approved

Responsibilities:
I worked on offshore tubular piles with diameters of 1100mm, 1300mm, and 1400mm, overseeing the installation of steel plate plugging and sand filling within the piles. As a PTW Receiver, I am responsible for obtaining permits before commencing any site activity. I prepare Method Statements and Job Safety Analyses (JSA), and secure approvals from SEPCO-Sinohydro & Saudi Aramco PMT. I review tender documents, design drawings, and construction drawings to prepare Method Statements for proposed projects. I also develop Method Statements for offshore and onshore projects, including those for tubular piles, dredging, excavation, construction of breakwaters, and intake & outfall pipelines for desalination plants. Additionally, I prepare the construction plan, estimating the required manpower, machinery, and project costs.
