work does not comply with the approved plans or specifications, immediately issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) or Site
observation Reports) SORs) to subcontractors. These reports detail the issues, their impact on quality, and the corrective actions required.
• Following up on NCRs to ensure that corrective actions are taken and that the work is re-inspected to verify compliance after corrections.
• Monitoring and Ensuring Proper Documentation and Maintaining Inspection Logs: Keeping an up-to-date log of all inspections and
tests performed, including details of the work, personnel involved, results, and any corrective actions taken and ensuring compliance with
contractual and regulatory requirements and facilitates audits, that all necessary approvals are obtained for work completed at each stage
(e.g., formwork, rebar, concrete pour) in accordance with ITPs before proceeding with the next phase.
• Coordinating with Subcontractors and Engineers and working closely with construction managers, and engineers to clarify any issues
and ensuring the quality control process is being followed.
• Participating in regular meetings (such as project progress meetings or quality control meetings, on weekly and on monthly basis) to
discuss inspection findings, quality issues, and any necessary corrective actions. in which addressing any discrepancies between the work
performed and the specifications or ITPs. Work to resolve these discrepancies in collaboration with the construction team.
• Ensuring that the work is carried out in compliance with environmental regulations, such as waste management, water quality, and noise
