Digital and Value Added Services products management at Zain Jordan- Marketing department, I am responsible for the following:
• Direct ongoing participation in Digital Product (Non-Telecom products) roadmap, product development and product launch.
• Develop, maintain and control the Value-Added Services (VAS) products portfolio taking customer concerns, business processes, organizational and content providers feedback in a partnership with the content aggregator “Mahindra Comviva”
• Develop, maintain and control the Direct Carrier Billing (DCB) services taking customer needs, business processes, organizational and service providers feedback.
• Execution of product and sales support for service offerings.
• Research, Design, develop and evaluate new products by translating customer requirements or strategic business objectives into deliverables.
• Coordinate implementation of products between network and IT, market, sales customer services and the content providers
• Maintain metrics reports and marketing analysis to present the results to the senior management on periodic basis.
• Manage and Validate the generated invoices by the billing system in parallel with the received invoices from the vendors and service providers
• Developing and implementing training sessions, workshops, job-shadowing strategies and programs to simplify the new products to the Sales reps and customer service agents.

• Handling Expansion, Installation, Maintenance, repairing failures and Manage professional technicians in company's facilities in HQ and Shops.
• Following-up projects and maintenance agreements related to the company’s facilities and checking the accuracy of the completed work and conformity with the agreed specifications and plans, create new purchase orders for the facilities need.
• Defining the specifications of components and materials used in the facility systems and purchasing them directly if necessary.
• Set the emergency back-up plan to keep facility’s essential loads live during unexpected failures.
