 Major equipment and systems for the project consisting of pipeline facilities and associated equipments, Gathering manifolds, Slug catcher, HP/MP separators, stabiliser columns, Re-boilers, other pressure vessels, atmospheric tanks, Air coolers, Shell and tube heat exchangers, plate type heat exchangers, Pumps, associated gas compressors(centrifugal), Vapour recover compressors(screw type), desalters, chemical injections systems, Produced water treatment packages, Acid gas removal unit, Gas dehydration package, sulphur recovery unit, molten sufur handling system, pig launchers/recivers, sour water stripper, brackish water treatment system, air & nitrogen packages, fire water system, flare system(HP/LP/ATM), gas turbine package, crude oil export pumps etc.
 Review the engineering documents related to mechanical discipline; static, rotating and package equipments.
 Review Material requisitions, Data sheet, Technical bid evaluation for equipments and systems.
 Clarification meeting with vendors. Interface with client and vendor representatives, conduct internal meetings; ensure the progress of project in accordance with the schedule and project requirement.
 Ensure that engineering activities are followed as per the scope of work and plan/schedule.
 Review the technical bid evaluation reports for all the static and rotating equipments and systems, skid packaged equipment etc and ensure project requirement and specification are achieved

 Provide Project Management services in detailed engineering of the. Cross Linked Polyethylene plant.
 Design and detailed engineering of the following major equipment; Extruder, pneumatic conveying systems, hydraulic conveying systems, pumps, compressors, blowers, product handling systems (bagging, Octabin handling), silos, tanks, vessels, conveyors, material handling equipments, peroxide handling system, utilities system etc.
 Review the detailed design and engineering documents for all the static, rotating and package equipment.
 Review the vendor drawing and documents for mechanical equipment and packages
 Review the Material requisitions, Data sheet, Technical bid evaluation for packages and systems.
 Clarification meeting with vendors.
 Follow up with the EPC contractor for the engineering deliverables.

 Prepare / review of Material Requisitions to vendors, prepare /participate in the technical evaluation of vendor bid offers.
 Direct and provide guidance in the Technical Bid Evaluations (TBE), review vendor drawings and documents.
 Witness the Factory Acceptance Inspection and testing of the equipment and packages at vendors works.
 Coordinate with procurement, expedite the materials and equipment to site.
 Prepare/Review scope of work for the conceptual design and basic design.
 Review proposals from contractors, evaluate the manpower charts and schedules of engineering activities and ensure project objectives are achieved with in the time and budget.
 Monitor and manage the conceptual and basic design activities done by the engineering contractor.
 Rotating and static equipment selection, sizing, participate in design review and HAZOP meetings.
 Prepare /review the ITB (Invitation To Bid) documents for various Oil and Gas EPCC projects.
 Establish EPCC proposal review criteria, identify and resolve discrepancies and deviations from scope of work and raise technical queries to contractor.
 Review technical proposals and prepare technical bid evaluation reports for submitting to the management.
 Review contract requirements for project execution.
 Review detailed engineering documents submitted by EPCC contractor like specifications, design basis, Data Sheets, Material Requisitions, Piping & Instrumentation Diagrams (P&ID’s), Plot plans, General Arrangement (GA) drawings and other relevant technical documents.
 Ensure that engineering activities are followed as per the scope of work, plan and schedule
 Organize the issuance of engineering drawings and technical documents for Inter-Discipline Checks (IDC’s), coordinate with other engineering discipline in the integration of data inputs.
 Interface with various EPCC contractors, client, and vendor representatives, conduct internal meetings; ensure the progress of project in accordance with the schedule and project requirement.
 Participate in HAZOP meeting with the contractor, client and representatives of other engineering disciplines.
 Interface and provide clarification and guidance and technical support to construction sites and commissioning engineers, provide startup assistance as and when required.
 Responsible for leading the overall discipline related activities for the successful completion of all phases of the project (conceptual design, basic design, EPCC stage) within allotted schedule, manpower and costs

 Ensure design packages take account of modern technology and progress with the Industry.
 Manage and control all interfaces of the related discipline with other disciplines and design product suppliers.
 Checks the preparation, issue and implementation of Construction Engineering documents including detailed procedures, method statements, drawings, calculations, list of Construction Equipment etc.

 Provides technical advice and guidance on all rotating and static equipments. Participates in the planning and implementation of systems modifications, expansion and commissioning.

 Prepare/review technical specifications, Data sheets, Material requisitions for the purchase of centrifugal and axial compressors of capacity up to 200000 Nm3/ hours with drive power of 14.5 MW, rotary compressors, screw type gas compressor, centrifugal pumps, and it’s auxiliary systems, natural gas metering and treatment systems, seal gas/purge gas(nitrogen) compressors and associated systems, Nitrogen generator packages, scrubbers, coolers, heat exchangers, mist eliminators, blowers, cooling water systems, water treatment systems, diesel engine generators etc.
 Review of technical proposal from vendor, technical discussion and clarification with vendors, prepare technical bid evaluation for the rotating and static equipments packages.
 Review and approve the vendor drawings and documents, design calculations for the rotating equipment and packages.
 Review of P& ID and drawings with respect to safety, reliability, maintainability and operability of various rotating equipment and systems
 Evaluation and review of control systems (safe guarding) for all the rotating equipments and systems.
 Factory Acceptance Inspection & testing of compressors, pumps, blowers, etc at OEM`s site.
 Commissioning of rotating equipment including witnessing Dynamic balance tests, Performance Tests etc.
 Installation, testing and commissioning of the rotating and static equipment and systems.
 Directs, supervise / manage the installation, commissioning, troubleshooting and modification activities carried out on a wide range of mechanical stationary and rotating equipment at the plant, including turbines, compressors, furnaces, heat exchangers, diesel generators, etc.
 Provides technical advice and guidance on all rotating and static equipments. Participates in the planning and implementation of all systems modifications, expansion and installation.
