• As a Senior Member used to take the responsibility of closing Senior Positions Like Practice Lead, Delivery Managers, Technical Managers, Sr Business Analyst & Technical Lead
• Screening and short listing the candidates based on the requirements
• Conducting HR discussion for Selected Candidate
• Salary negotiation
• Preparing MIS reports for Recruitment and HR related activities
• Initiating different kinds of programs for the Employees
• Conducting One to One HR connect with Employees.

Campus & Off Campus Drive
• Part of Campus & Off Campus Recruitment team

Employee Referral
• Interaction with employees on the floor for referral generation.
• Providing the feedback to Employees

• Sourcing Profiles from various sources (Job portals, Networking, Professional network)
• Screening and short listing the candidates based on the requirements

Employee Referral

Coordination & Others
• Co ordination with HR Team till on boarding to update about the Joining of the Candidates.
• Co ordination with Admin Dept. for Guest House and transport for New Joiners.
• Responsible for training the new employees in the Orientation Program
• Collecting background verification documents from offered candidate and submitting the same to the respective team
As senior recruiter my roles and responsibilities:
Performing Recruitment lifecycles including sourcing, screening, coordinating technical interviews, negotiation, follow up, offers, Joiners etc.
Sourcing of qualified, available and interested prospects under significant time constraint.
Schedule interviews of short listed prospects
Interview co-ordination between Client and the prospects.
Generating database through referrals, websites and regular follow-ups.
Creating and maintaining a database effectively and managing candidate and client information
Job posting and searches from job portals
Training student for different software’s. .
