● TIME PERIOD OF WORK THIS COMPANY: 6 MONTHS.




Resposibilit
Study all drawings and Scope of Work in details before Execution.
Co-ordination with different agencies to keep smooth working of the project.



Prepare rate analysis of various items.
Maintain records of all joint measurement for work item executed.
Maintain record of machinery hrs run & reconciliation for utilization work item wise.
Close monitoring of daily work progress & reporting to PM.
To provide all billing related data like joint measurements to billing engineer with approval of PM / forward details to Billing Engineer along with the details of all work done due to changes in drawings and.
Checking of subcontractors/labors bills with respect to measurement, rates & workmanship. Get approval of PM .
Check all rectifications for structural as well as finishing work.
To ensure all equipment in working condition.
To communicate all necessary information from the senior staff to the junior staff.
To remain present on all type of concreting work and take safety measures.
To get to maximum output from the junior staff and labor involved.
Prepare necessary Debit Notes to Sub Contractors, suppliers & sending to H.O concerns with PM approval.
