Managing the overall functions of Supply Chain, start from Demand Planning, Supply Planning, procurement, storage and distribution of goods keeping KPI of self and internal and external stakeholders, managing budgeting, contract negotiations, 3PL management, dealing with inspection agencies and govt. institutions. Setting the warehousing and distribution set up and leading and building up the capabilities in employees for performing to their best.
Managing 9 direct reportees, a total team of 125, and two warehouses.
Responsible for the distribution of Finished Goods (more than 1500 SKUs),
procurement, warehousing, order processing, delivery to customers.
Handling projects e.g. merging of different units to a single distribution center in
UAE, ERP implementation, and efficiency improvement.
Budgeting and monitoring logistics expenses, ensuring following up of SOP's and
KPI's for internal and external stakeholders.
Managing a team of 8 direct reportees, a 3PL, and 5 warehouses.
Responsible for complete logistics, supplies and customer service functions
Distribution of Finished Goods in the Middle East, Far East, and Africa
Set up logistics base and arrangements (with 3PL warehousing, transporters,
shipping lines, etc) and setting up the SOPs.
Managing procurement and cross-trade business from various countries in the Gulf
and Middle East (Direct deliveries).
Optimizing inventory levels & managing company's warehouses in Jebel Ali and
Dubai Investment Park.
Effectively managing 3PL relationships, through formal performance reviews
against KPI’s including service levels, costs, efficiencies.
Budgeting and planning logistics costs including inbound, outbound, and storage
costs.
Controlling the logistics distribution of Finished Goods in more than 40 countries
from five manufacturing units.
Managing a team of 4 direct reportees, maintaining 5 warehouses and keeping the
ideal stock levels in each warehouse.
Dealing with local municipalities and other authorities.
Responsible for logistics cost (inbound and outbound)
