Job Descriptions:
•Responsible for all manual & computerized accounts.
•Journalizing the day to day transactions like purchases, sales, receipts, payments etc.
•Preparing Credit/Cash invoices, Credit/Debit Notes etc.
•Preparing, monitoring, reconciliation of supplier statements and processing payments.
•Ageing & controlling of A/P, A/R.
•Maintaining and reconciliation of bank accounts.
•Periodical Preparation & Analysis of Reports & Statements (Cash Flow/Profit and Loss/Balance sheet etc.) to adapt to company’s needs and management information purposes.
•Assisting in payroll preparation.
•Reconciliation and processing supplier payments.
•Passing required closing entries on monthly basis.
•Preparation of Daily Bank Position Statement and periodical Bank reconciliation.
•Processing manual refund of tickets with BSP and its fallow up.
•Fallow up with ADMs/ACMs and accounting in the books.
•Periodical BSP billing reconciliation and processing payment.
•Planning, Co-coordinating and organizing day to day activities in accounts dept.
