Setup a world class "Bid Management Process" to effectively screen RFPs, create RFP Qualification Reports, Assess fitment to capabilities, defining "winning themes", Key Responsibility Matrix (RACI), review mechanisms for technical, commercial and legal requirements so that the RFP response needs to be just printed and shipped in the US by the US Sales team.
4. In order to further automate the process an "RFP Butler Engine" was created that had the ability to search for RFPs matching the criteria specified, download the relevant Bids and create an RFP Qualification Report.

The offshore development and implementation center was 250 FTE strong within 12 months.
