• Prepare detailed claims for payment in advance with the conditions of contract ensuring all claims are fully documented with supporting details.
• Participate in dispute resolution seeing advice of legal department when necessary, with the objective of protecting companies? position and avoiding arbitration
• Monitor the activities of Quantity Surveyors providing technical guidance and support as necessary to ensure working practices are in line with company policy and procedures.
• Reports to the Project Director and in his duties he is assisted by the Project Mangers and Quantity Surveyors as identified in the Organization chart.
