Designation : Quantity Surveyor.
Responsibilities:
• Preparation of Client Running Account Bill (RAB) of concerned Tower for Entire Activities of Month and to get Certification,
• Preparation of measurement sheets and assists in quantity take-off for tenders,
• Prepare Reinforcement schedule for estimating,
• Calculation of Entire Quantities pertaining to the tower for Material procurement, Billing and for Work Order Amendment,
• Monitors and records site progress and keep records of day works,
• Checks the allocation of manpower and productivity,
• Prepares comparison sheets for quotations from Suppliers and Subcontractors,
• Prepares monthly progress payments,
• Create work order and Daily progress entry for subcontractor and piece rate worker by using ERP software.
• Handle ERP Entries of Sub Contractor & Client Bills.
Worked directly with Delhi Metro Rail Corporation under the subcontractor of Larsen & Toubro Limited by Grand Construction Company to achieve the completion of Muttom Station work. During this period my Job responsibilities as follows below:-
• Preparation of Bar Bending Schedules for the different stages of work,
• Preparation of Steel reconciliation details for the Project,
• Calculate Bill of Quantities of different civil works like Shuttering, Reinforcement work, Painting, Concreting, Structural Steel work, Plastering.etc.,
• Provide technical support for implementation of works,
• Making drawings by using Auto Cad for taking measurements,
• Preparation of Daily Progress Report, Labor Report and Daily Stock Statement,
• Monitoring and supervision of projects.
