Errection and commosioning of 1.6MVA&2.5MVA Transformers, PCC&MCC Panels, HT< Panels, motors, Hydraulic equipments, L.R.S, Weighing system, cooling tower, wet scrubber system, Drum magnetic rectifier, Termination of HT< panel.We are followed as per DANIELI drawings instructions. these all above works doing people in my supervision.
➢ Maint. .& Trouble shooting of 1.2T induction furnace.
➢ LG MK500H PLC based low pressure die casting machine.
➢ Heat treatment process (Burners, RC fans and conveyors)
➢ Paint line process (Burners, Hot air generator, RC fans and Boiler)
➢ CNC Machines (Machining & Turning operation)
➢ Quality Equipment's (NDT, X-ray M/C, CMM, UTM, SALT&Spray M/C, Micro scope testing M/C.
➢ Vacuum circuit breakers, SF6 (Sulphur Hexafluoride) breakers, Air circuit breakers, Troubleshooting and maintenance.
➢ Power & Motor control centre.
➢ 33KV/11KV/6.6KV/3.3KV/440V power & Distribution type transformers Commissioning and maintenance.
➢ LT &HT motors (squirrel cage induction motor & slip ring induction motor) up to 3000KW.
➢ Motors starters like DOL, Star- Delta, LRS starters with motor protection relays.
➢ Battery banks & DC Battery chargers, UPS.
➢ LT, HT Control & Power cable laying, Glanding & Termination.

Synergiscasting company is alloy wheel casting company. In this company my job role is any of electrical break downs coming that time attend and rectify the complaint with my team .iam team leader of this team and my company having machinery is "induction fufnace alluminium, alloy wheel casting machines, x-ray, heat treatment furnace, burners, cnc machines, powder&mettali coated paint line system, in all above m/c complaints i can rectify the problems, maintenance of PPM schedules
Cable laying, dressing, glanding, termination, provide supply of Electrical equipments, maintenance of Electrical appliances
Cable laying, glnnding, termination, lighting works, maintenance&trouble shooting of welding mlc, grinding mlcs,
and electrical related works
Diploma in DEEE
