Build & Maintain new/existing customer’s portfolio in Dubai & Sharjah territories.
• Coordinate with the application team to complete VRF/DX selection & pricing process.
• Working with consultant during design stage for SAMSUNG VRF selection & Spec-in.
• Assisting customers in energy consumption analysis for VRF versus competitive traditional HVAC designs.

• Provide high level product and application support (design support etc.) to the potential customers and
provide seminars towards the consultants and decision makers in the commercial and industrial market
segments.
• Contribute to increase market share by enhancing inquiry base (consultants).
• Consult with line manager on defining strategy and implementation of strategy for Consulting Sales.
• Build on, maintain and update customer base through cold call, email marketing, meeting, referrals and networking.
• Get product be listed on the consultant manufacturer list.
• Do chilled water FCU, AHU/FAHU selection, VRV/VRF design based on client requirements.
• Obtain tender document, evaluate and prepare competitive quotations for the approval of the Sales Manager G.M.
• Closely follow up of submittals and secure the orders.
• Develop long term relationship with consultants, contractors and end users.
• Monitor regularly the outstanding debt statement and follow up to ensure collection of the credit in time and in full to avoid loss of money obligation.
• Review actual sales against budget regularly and ensure that the sale is proceeding in accordance with the projection.

• Successfully marketing the ‘SINKO’- FCU/AHU products in the region.
