Manage all corporate social media accounts utilizing social media.
Work with Marketing Specialists and Business Units to strategize, plan, and create content for social media marketing campaigns
Monitor daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly for social media sentiment and brand positioning

Contribute to broader planning and proposal documents
Aid the development of landing page design, optimization and A/B testing for all marketing campaigns

Create and maintain Electronic databases in accordance with departmental business needs. Prepare reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Liaise with other departments and agencies to develop and maintain constructive and cooperating working relationships. Manage and coordinate help desk activities for the department or projects. Prepare and conduct department orientations for other department representatives or new employees. Assist in the preparation and updating of new and existing procedures and flowcharts for the department, project and organization. Prepare memo for the DMD (TS) and other printed materials. Updating all Monthly reports. Assist in the preparation and verification of Budget Proposal and their validity. Check the daily/Weekly/Monthly meeting of the Team Leader calendar. Maintain and updates Daily Timesheets and Overtime Request using MS Access software/Cost distribution summary/overtime summary/Sick-Leave/Annual Summary. Maintaining records and updating/Filling dispatching. House Keeping for ICD MAB Office, Machine Workshop, Vessels Workshop, Maintenance Workshop, covering 200 person and 3 major workshop, with Ten(10) buildings 30/40 offices.
Proficient in prioritizing and completing tasks in a timely manner
Gathering information for implementing the new project and update on the Security System
Weekly Report for Security Design, Common Issues, Site Issues
Listing out the Documents and documenting the project details, DRN/IFA/AFC submitted drawings and other Document Transmittals
Tracking the pending documents through weekly progress reports
Export of As-Built files in the customer required format
Sign-off from the customers with clear specifications of retention of Archives
Knowledge of PMIS update and POL Site for Security Design Update Report

Provide and ensure a high level of customer service by developing and maintaining a strong relationship with

For Transportation Customer Service Representatives: develop rates and/or provide quotes for the movement of freight. Research and negotiate carrier rates.
Resolve billing issues, coordinate post entry activity on customer's behalf.
Perform all other related duties as assigned.
Customs House Broker (CHB): Incumbent may be required to be available for off-site and overtime cargo clearing on an as-needed basis.
Makes daily outbound calls to wholesale accounts, Compiles records and statistics for use in determining the root cause of customer problem. Advises and expedites billing assistance. Generates new revenue and repeat sales through active promotion and selling. Check all hazardous materials for correct zip code, state, city and consignee. Logs and reconcile shipments on stripping, sheets ensuring correct count indicating overage, shortages and damages.
