Project: Test Environment Toolbox (TET)
Test Environment Toolbox (TET) is a suite of applications used in the testing of software developed for the EWSD/Mobile line of telephone switches. This tool kit is an internal product of Siemens.
These applications are developed using MFC / C++ on the Windows NT/ Windows 2000 platform. Rational Rose is the design tool used.
• Responsible for testing the whole product during Integration and Pre-integration phase.
• Involved in the analysis of computer based Tutor (CBT) application, which will help the user to easily understand, the basic concepts and work flow of TET application.

Project: Service Provisioner's Voice (SP-V)
SP-Voice is a low cost, high performance and user friendly provisioning tool for daily EWSD subscriber administration.. Some of the main features of SP-Voice are
• Administration of Residential Subscribers at the Local Switch
• TXS/Indirect Access Subscriber Administration at the Transit Switch
• Mass Provisioning of subscribers
• Generation of reports on different switch resources

This application is developed using MFC / C++ on the Windows NT/ Windows 2000 platform. Rational Rose is the design tool used. DCOM is used for internal application interfaces.
For the Database Management ORACLE 8.0.5 is used. It stores the SP-V related data and will use ODBC calls to access the database from the SP-Voice Application.
• Responsible for carrying out Module Testing, Integration Testing and Regression Testing of all components in SP-Voice Application across its different versions such as SP-V 2.1 and SP-V 3.1.
• Involved in analysis, design, testing and implementation of SMReports component. Report Functionality is used to present required information from SM DB (SP-Voice database) and NE (Network Element, EWSD Switch) Data to the user.
Created Report templates using Seagate Crystal Report Tool for SMReports component.
• Secondary Responsible for SMDBAPI Component. SMDBAPI component handles all the Database (Oracle 8.0.5) operations initiated by any of the associated components present in SP-Voice.
• Responsible for Maintenance of previous SP-Voice versions
• Involved in automating testcases using Winrunner scripts.
• Generating Help documents for all the versions of SP-Voice using RoboHelp tool.
