Reporting to Architect Project coordinator & leading the Projects Design Division; my core responsibilities are:
Prepare project shop drawing list and maintain the log.
Delivering project shop drawings under strict deadlines and within the client’s scheduled time.
Prepare various material quantity to procure the materials of purchase department.
Develop the shop drawing of fire rated door as per client requirement.
Developing 2D CAD product files into a product library for Design services.
Maintained project documents of revised drawing details like EI & RFI and update the drawing.
Prepare As Built drawings at the completion of the site work for purpose of Hand over.
Coordinated and led multi-year project for Excite, creating “look and feel” for newly acquired office space.
Served as Project Engineer/ Design Consultant, overseeing all aspects of project.
Designed and decorated all office space. Selected and supervised lighting, contracting, and other service professionals.
Managed budgets, incorporating design and decoration for multiple expansions, acquisitions, and new properties.
Reviewed, performed design, color, fabric, and manufacturer for wallpaper, paints, carpets, lighting, doors, furniture, cubicles, files, cabinets, and other areas.
Procured furniture and equipment, reducing costs by purchasing floor lots.
Maintained relationships with vendors and manufacturers.
Prepared and managed company’s marketing and public relations efforts.
At present working in Mumbai Metro Project for finishing works.
