➢ Monitors plant operations on site. Includes adjusting local set points and gauges to accommodate fluctuations in operations, reports major abnormalities to Supervisor as required. ➢ Opens and shuts various valves manually. Starts and stops pumps and rotating equipment in accordance with set procedures and Supervisor's instructions. ➢ Carries out minor maintenance and housekeeping duties as required. Includes greasing, cleaning and replacing minor parts on plant and equipment. ➢ Calculates various well tests to determine well parameter such as cargo computation. ➢ Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner. ➢ . Responsible for the support of Company Safety, environment and Quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to his job as spelled out in Management system documentation, policies, procedures, local documentation, Management System Manual, Safety Manual and other related documents. ➢ Responsible to ensure compliance to all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to guarantee employee safety, legislative compliance, delivery of high quality products/service and a responsible environmental attitude. ➢ Carries out the jetty/berth operation, Marine loading arms (MLA) connection & disconnection, cargo figure calculation during ship loading or unloading. ➢ Carry out duties as Auxiliary fireman or Site Safety Officer as and when required during emergencies, as per the Facility Response Plan.
